Yesterday was the best day!! And these are the only two pictures I took because I put my phone away and just enjoyed!

Two Saturday’s in a row of being spontaneous and “irresponsible” choosing to leave the list a mile long and play instead! My heart is happy 💕💕

We are dreaming up our next chapter of life. Jason was up in the okanagan already so what did I do (before flying out on Monday for 9 days!!!)?

Took a day trip (4 hour drive) to penticton with Julia and her friend! Dropped them at the beach (teenagers dream day!) and Jason and I went and explored the things that might one day become our life up there! Beautiful drives, a race track, potential shop sites, delicious restaurants, yummy ice cream and most importantly, fun, happiness and more time playing and be-ing rather than doing 💕💕

We had so much fun. The girls had such a great day. And I don’t have pictures to show the laughter and fun but…..I loved every moment! Dreaming is so fun! Playing is so fun! Yes please universe, I want more of this 💕💕🙏🙏✨✨

Everyone says it’s important to have an emotiona

Everyone says it’s important to have an emotional connection to your goals - but HOW?

There’s an important distinction between setting goals and setting outcomes! The goal is the target, the thing that you want to achieve. The outcome IS the emotional connection. It’s the successful completion of achieving your goal and how AMAZING it’s going to feel!

You’ve gotta imagine it - in your minds eye - imagine what you’ll be doing, where you are, who’s with you, what you see, hear, smell, taste….ALL of it! And at some point, you’ll FEEL it! That is the emotional connection everyone is talking about!

What does “Build Your Mindset, Build Your Success” actually mean? For me, it means that we build up our resources, become self aware, train your brain to think differently, have calmness and inner strength be a “norm” for you, so that when you aren’t feeling that way, you have the tools and a guidepost of where you want to get back to. It’s really easy to be “a good person” or be

It’s really easy to be “a good person” or behave the way we want to behave when life is cooperating. The question is, how do you respond when life doesn’t go your way? When life throws you a curve ball or interest rates go up or a tenant doesn’t pay or your child or spouse does something to upset you? How do you respond then?

The key is to build your resources, to build your mindset, to master the skills when life IS cooperating so that when life throws you those curveballs (and it will), you are able to respond appropriately.

Who do you want to BE in this world? How do you want to behave? And are you able to actually be that when push comes to shove? That is the key!

And that’s what I mean by building your mindset! It’s about training your brain to think differently <3

Perfectly Imperfect – this is on my mind today, and everyday! There’s this idea that we arrive. That we learn something, and we master it, and then…..we’ve arrived!

Whether it be in REI, a relationship, mindset, parenting…we want to learn “how to” and just go do it, perfectly! And when the path doesn’t look that way, we’re confused! I truly believe that we are all a work in progress. We are human beings, doing this thing called life! And it’s messy and beautiful and challenging and amazing, all at the same time! Just like we are!

Perfectly imperfect is where it’s at, and I’m learning to love and embrace that with all of my might! I’m not striving for perfection! I’m striving to be the best I can be, as happy and vibrant as I can be, spread as much light as I can shine and enjoy this thing called life! I talk about self talk and the power of our words and thoughts all the time, to everyone, everywhere, as often as I can, hoping I can really inspire you to pay attention!!! It matters, more than you know!

Dr. Masaru Emoto is a Japanese scientist who's work has proven that our thoughts and intentions impact not only us but the world and people we connect to.

For over 20 years, he studied the scientific evidence of how the molecular structure in water transforms when it is exposed to human words, thoughts, sounds and intentions.

Knowing that we are approximately 66% water......imagine what's happening in your body when you are thinking/saying negative things about yourself, others or the world around you.

And being that you want to be a kind person (I believe I can assume that if you're reading this), also imagine what you are spreading to others by your words.
